Marketplace orders

Orders placed on Amazon or Instamart are cancelled, returned and refunded under those platforms' policies — please use their app or support for the fastest resolution.

Direct (WhatsApp) orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at our WhatsApp number or email, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
